Try out yoga with cats! Please wear loose and comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga mats are provided and the class is free. Advance sign-ups are required on Cortland Connect for a 20-minute session.

Intro to Cross-Country Skiing

Try something new this winter. Learn the basics of cross-country skiing and practice outside the Student Life Center. Dress warm, we will be outside. Warm up afterwards by the firepits with s’mores. No experience needed. Students will be entered in a raffle for a XC Ski rental for them and a friend.

Dr. Lauren not only provides education on what eating concerns and body dysmorphia looks like, she provides you with tangible tools to feel better, practice intuitive eating, and appreciate the body that you’re in.

Unity Without Harm: Hazing Prevention for a Safer Organization

They will explore the deep-seated reasons behind hazing and its extensive ramifications, including legal, psychological, and communal impacts.
