Textbooks are fulfilled through a partnership with eCampus.com. Students are encouraged to place their textbook order at least 1 - 2 weeks prior to the course beginning. For your convenience, all required textbooks (new, used, rental and digital editions)are available on the Online Bookstore while clothing & gifts may be ordered from the Campus Store. The store will be closed December 24 - January 1 for the holidays and will re-open at 9 a.m. on January 2. Online orders will still be processed during this time.

Students who have photo ID cards from the spring or fall semesters at SUNY Cortland may use their cards in the Winter. Students who do not have I.D. cards can purchase them at the CAS Office, Neubig Hall. To obtain a card, students must be registered and have their college identification number. There is a $10 fee for the card; the fee for replacement cards is $15.

Campus vehicle registration requirements for student lots will be suspended during Winter Session. Unregistered vehicles may be parked in the student lots only. And, vehicles with student permits may be parked in any available student lot. Overnight parking rules remain in effect. Faculty/staff parking requirements will be enforced. Contact the Parking Operations and Security Services Office at 607-753-4123, with any questions concerning parking.

The Cupboard can be accessed Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Be sure to bring your SUNY Cortland ID card to gain access. The Cupboard will be closed on December 25, January 1 and 19 for the holidays.

The Help Center is available by phone, email or via webform on the TechHelp tab of myRedDragon. The Help Center is open 8 a.m. to 4 pm., Monday through Friday during Winter Session with the exception of Wednesday, Dec. 24, Thursday, Dec. 25, Thursday, Jan. 1 and Monday, Jan. 19 when it is closed for the holidays.

The Learning Center provides academic support services for students taking SUNY Cortland courses and is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
During Winter Session, Nightowl, the night-time online tutoring service, is available for drop in tutoring for math and writing support beginning Sunday, January 4. Nightowl tutoring is offered Sunday through Thursday, from 7 p.m. to midnight. For more information, visit the Nightowl website. Professional Tutoring is also available during Winter Session. Available by appointment, professional tutors can assist with writing, reading,math, chemistry, physics, test-taking, study skills, and time management.
